How It Works
1. Find the tests you need.
If you have a special request, or need a test that isn't listed don't worry - through our partnership with nationwide reference labs we can provide almost any blood or urine test available today. So if you don’t see what you’re looking for, or have any other questions please contact us.
2. Order Your Labs.
Each test has a useful description of what it is, why it is important, and what different results may mean. Choose the tests you want, add them to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. Your personal and financial information is safely processed through our secure server.
After your order is received, you'll receive an email confirming your order.
3. Have your labs collected at a Patient Service Center near you.
Your confirmation email will also contain detailed instructions on how to find and set up an appointment time at your nearest reference lab Patient Service Center, where you'll need to go to to have your labs collected.
If your lab work requires you to fast before collection, or if there are any other specific instructions you may need to follow, the email will also let you know exactly what you need to do to prepare.
4. Set up your personal medical record.
After you place your order, you’ll also receive a separate email that has instructions on how to set up a free, online medical record that's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Imagine - no more fumbling through files or stacks of paper to find your last results. Instead, you'll be able to easily access them, any time you want, from anywhere in the world.
5. Check and save your results.
In most cases, your test results are reported back to Health eLabs within 24-48 hours after specimen collection. They are then reviewed and signed by Dr. Wacasey, our Medical Director.
Immediately afterward, your results are posted to your personal medical record where you can view, save, or print them out any time, just by logging in!
